Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
Welcome to The Ravenry(“the Service”), an online community operated on behalf of Jenny Raven. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Who can join
The Service is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that it is lawful for you to view adult-oriented material where you live. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone underage.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post — your writing, photos, and other content. You grant Jenny Ravena non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the purpose of running the Service. You’re responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
Tag adult content as such. Don’t post anything illegal, anything depicting minors, anything non-consensual, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. See our Community Guidelines.
4. Stores and purchases
Authors may showcase products on the Service, but all purchases happen on the seller’s own external store, under that store’s terms. Jenny Ravenis not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for products bought through them. Always read the seller’s terms before buying.
5. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our guidelines. We aim to be fair, but we run a private community and the final call on membership is ours.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Jenny Raven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; we’ll note the date at the top. Questions go to hello@jennyraven.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
